The perfect health-boosting muesli. Why? These ingredients keep the sugar low & the good stuff high – fibre, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, nutrients/vitamins like Bs, iron, magnesium & zinc. Cinnamon helps balance your blood sugar too. Super-easy & delicious. Gluten-free option too.

1 cup oats OR for cleansers/gluten-free (GF): no oats but increase the almonds and coconut to 1 cup each
1/2 cup of raw almonds, OR GF/cleanse version: 1 cup (chop roughly in a food processor)
1/2 cup raw cashews (chop roughly in a food processor)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, OR GF/cleanse version: 1 cup
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup quinoa flakes
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup goji berries
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then add into a large glass jar to store.
Cleanse: serve up with plain Coyo (coconut) yoghurt & berries.
Non-cleanse: serve up with Plain Greek yoghurt or plain Coyo (coconut) yoghurt & berries.
