Do you have a goal this term? Mine is to fit more reformer pilates into my training after too many recent visits to the osteopath! Maybe yours is to eat better, train more, yell less, drink more water or get more sleep.
Having a goal helps you stay motivated. But achieving your goal needs planning. Eating better = planning your meals/snacks & getting your groceries done. Training more = getting sessions written into your diary & turning up. Getting more sleep = turning the TV & computer off earlier. GIVE IT A GO!!
