Cleanse protein balls

These are the ideal on-the-go snack full of goodness and protein to help keep you full and on track with your cleanse.

You’ll need (makes 10 balls):
4 heaped tbsp LSA (linseed sunflower almond mix)
2 tbsp mixed seeds (try pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
1 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
2 heaped tbsp almond butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds or psyllium husk
2 tbsp stevia powder or 3-4 drops stevia liquid
1/4 cup warm water

Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

If the mixture is too wet, add more LSA; if the mixture is too dry, add a splash of warm water.

Roll into ball of your desired size and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
