Drink more (water & herbal teas that is)
I’m not sure about you, but I seem to be drinking barely any water these days. So my goal this week is to up my daily water intake to 1.5L ‘ish. Results: digest food better, have younger-looking skin, reduce your appetite & have a sharper mind… what are you waiting for? Drink up.
