I’m not sure about you, but I seem to be drinking barely any water these days. So my goal this week is to up my daily water intake to 1.5L ‘ish. Results: digest food better, have younger-looking skin, reduce your appetite & have a sharper mind… what are you waiting for? Drink up.
A good focus for the week: make healthy food swaps. Like veggie sticks not crackers, strawberries not fruit juice & fresh salad not bread or pasta. Fresh & home-made is always best : )
